Two ingredients and about thirty seconds. Make it the moment the shot lands.
Ingredients
2 scoops
vanilla ice cream
18 g
whole beans, dark roast
Instructions

Put two scoops of ice cream in a chilled glass and return it to the freezer while you grind.

Pull a double shot. A dark roast stands up better against the sweetness.

Pour the shot over the ice cream at the table, not in the kitchen. Half of it is watching the cream give way.

Serve with a spoon, straight away.
