I am really impressed with this machine! It’s an entry-level espresso machine, and I still have a lot to learn about making a great espresso, but I’m getting better! 😁

What impresses me the most, though, is your customer service. Incredible! Fast, friendly, and most importantly, always willing to help with all my questions and needs.

Congratulations to your team! I’m actually using your customer service as an example for my own team of what great customer service should look like.

Keep up the great work!

Best part is I didn't have to buy anything else. No grinder, no tamper, none of it. Box showed up, I plugged it in, and I was making my cappuccino that morning. Me and my wife have it every day now instead of the seven dollar latte down the street.

My wife and I have our coffee together every morning with this now. It came with everything they promised, no trouble at all, and we both like what it makes. That's about as good as it gets for something you buy for the kitchen.

Shipment landed this week. Opened it up, everything that was supposed to be in there was in there, and I had my first coffee out of it within the hour. Really happy with it. Too early for me to tell you how it holds up over a few months, but the first cup did exactly what I wanted it to do.

I was getting a latte from the coffee shop down the street every morning. Seven dollars a day, never really thought about it. Now I make it at home instead and that money just stays in my pocket.

Machine showed up with everything they said would be in the box. No issues so far. I genuinely look forward to the coffee in the morning, which I did not expect to say about something I make myself.

Not much to complain about here. It arrived exactly as described, set up fine, and I've been drinking coffee from it happily ever since. Does the job, does it well.

The Nova Reverie is a great machine. It arrived exactly as promised, everything in the box, nothing to chase up. Setup was painless and I've enjoyed every sip since. Highly recommended.
