At Rowan, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If something doesn’t work out, our return policy is straightforward and customer friendly.
30-Day Return Guarantee
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or equal exchange.
There are two types of returns:
1. Defective or Damaged Items
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days
- In most cases, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund without requiring you to ship the original product back
- To prevent abuse and ensure speedy resolution, we may request photos or a short video showing the issue
- In rare cases, we may ask that the item be returned for quality control purposes, in which case we will provide a free prepaid return label
2. Unwanted or Non-Defective Items
If you purchased the wrong item, changed your mind, or no longer want the product:
- The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original or equivalent packaging
- All original accessories and documentation must be included
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error
- A return authorization is required before shipping items back
Non-Refundable Products
The following items are not eligible for a refund or exchange:
- Non-physical products, such as extended warranties or digital services
- Products received free of charge or at a heavily discounted rate through promotional giveaways, influencer campaigns, or contests, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of the offer
For all other return reasons, such as a change of mind or incorrect purchase, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Contact Us First
Before requesting a refund or replacement, we encourage you to reach out to our support team — we may be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue without the need for a return.
Email our support team at support@rowanappliance.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos or a short video (if defective or damaged)
Step 2: Receive Approval and Instructions
We will confirm your eligibility, provide next steps, and—if applicable—a prepaid return label.
Step 3: Complete Your Return (if required)
If your return requires shipping the product back:
- Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
- Drop the package off with the carrier listed on your return label
Refunds & Processing Time
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- For defective/damaged items where no return is required, your refund or replacement will be processed immediately after claim approval
- For returns requiring shipment, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after the item is received and inspected
- Shipping fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund total
Conditions That May Affect Refunds
We reserve the right to deny or partially approve refunds if:
- Items are missing parts, packaging, or documentation
- Products show signs of use or damage not caused by shipping
- The return was not authorized in advance
- The product was received free of charge or at a heavily discounted rate through influencer programs, promotional giveaways, or contests
- The claim appears fraudulent or abusive
