At Rowan, we want you to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t work out, our return policy is straightforward and customer friendly.  

30-Day Return Guarantee  

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. To be eligible for a return:  

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in the original or equivalent packaging  
  • All original accessories and documentation must be included  
  • You must contact us to receive return authorization before sending the item back  

Free Return Shipping  

We offer free return shipping within the United States for most orders. A prepaid return label will be provided in the following situations:  

  • The item arrives damaged or defective  
  • The product has a confirmed quality issue  

For all other return reasons, such as a change of mind or incorrect purchase, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.  

Return Process  

Step 1: Request a Return 

Email our support team at customersupport@rowanappliance.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and a picture or video of the issue if applicable.  

Step 2: Receive Approval and Instructions 

If your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.  

Step 3: Repack the Product  

Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and materials.  

Step 4: Ship the Item 

Drop the package off with the carrier listed on your return label. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.  

For Damaged or Defective Items  

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us photos or a short video of the issue when submitting your return request. This allows us to verify the problem and process your return more efficiently.  

Conditions That May Affect Refunds  

rowanappliance.com reserves the right to deny or partially approve refunds if:  

  • The returned item is missing parts, packaging, or documentation  
  • The product shows signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by shipping  
  • The product was assembled in a way that prevents proper repackaging  
  • The return was not authorized in advance  

Refund Timeline  

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days after the item is received and inspected. Shipping fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund total.
