What the Nova Reverie does
It grinds and tamps for you. Beans go into the 8.5 oz hopper. The machine doses into the portafilter and tamps at even pressure on its own, so you skip the second appliance on the counter and the months of learning to tamp by hand.
Ready in 20 seconds. A 1500W flash-heating system gets the machine to brewing temperature in about 20 seconds. A full drink takes under a minute.
9 bar, 198 to 205 degrees. An Italian ULKA pump pushes water through a 58mm professional portafilter, and PID control with NTC sensors holds the temperature in that range shot after shot.
Four drinks from one machine. Espresso, Americano, hot water, and steam for milk, all from the same glass touch screen.
304 stainless steel. Fingerprint resistant, 14.35 inches wide and 18.63 inches tall, so it fits under a standard cabinet and can stay on the counter.
