Iced Latte
Hot shot, cold milk, plenty of ice. No steaming, so it is the quickest drink the machine makes.
Ingredients
18 g
whole beans, medium roast
6 fl oz
whole milk, cold
ice, to fill
Instructions

Fill a tall glass with ice all the way to the top. A half-filled glass waters down faster.

Pour in 180 ml of cold milk.

Set the brew temperature to H (205°F) and pull a double shot straight over the ice.

Stir once. The shot marbles through the milk before it settles.
