Support & FAQs

Can I use diet drinks or sugar-free drinks?

No. The manual says sugar-free substitutes and sweeteners will not meet the sugar requirement, so diet drinks should not be used.

How much liquid should I add?

Add ingredients above the 16 oz MIN line and do not exceed the 62 oz MAX line.

Can I make alcoholic slushies?

Yes. Alcoholic drinks can be used, but the alcohol content should be between 2.8% and 16% for proper operation.

Warranty Information

All Rowan products include a standard 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Extended plans (2-Year and 3-Year) are available for purchase above.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow installation instructions.

Make café-style frozen drinks

Make café-style frozen drinks at home with the COWSAR Frozen Drink & Slushie Machine, perfect for smoothies, slushies, milkshakes, frozen juice, cocktails, and more. Its no-ice-needed cooling technology freezes liquids evenly with an internal auger and cooling cylinder, so your drinks stay smooth, rich, and full of flavor without getting watered down.

Prepares drinks in about 30–45 minutes

With 3 one-touch preset modes, a large 68oz capacity for up to 10–11 people, and custom texture control, you can easily make frozen drinks just the way you like them. The powerful compressor prepares drinks in about 30–45 minutes while running quietly under 45dB, and the built-in self-cleaning function with dishwasher-safe removable parts makes cleanup simple after every use.
