Unplug the unit and remove all shelves and drawers. Wash them with warm soapy water. Wipe the interior with a baking soda solution (2 tbsp per quart of water). Dry thoroughly before reassembling.

Check that the drain hose is not kinked or blocked. Ensure the lid or door is fully closed. Clean the pump filter if your model has one. If the issue persists, contact our support team.

Use the self-clean cycle if available, or remove the racks and scrub with an oven cleaner. Wipe down the interior with a damp cloth once cool. Avoid abrasive pads on the glass door.
