Support & FAQs

Can this be used as both a fridge and freezer?

Yes. The temperature can be adjusted from -4°F to 68°F, so it can chill drinks or freeze items depending on the setting.

Can I use it in my car and at home?

Yes. It works with a vehicle’s 12/24V DC socket and also includes AC power support for home or hotel use.

What is the difference between ECO and MAX mode?

ECO mode uses less power for longer trips, while MAX mode provides faster cooling when you need to chill items quickly.

Warranty Information

All Rowan products include a standard 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Extended plans (2-Year and 3-Year) are available for purchase above.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow installation instructions.

Big Capacity, Small Footprint

Holding up to 68 cans or 16 bottles of wine, this 1.7 cu. ft. cooler delivers serious storage without taking over your space. At under 17 inches wide, it fits seamlessly into a kitchen, office, dorm, or home bar — and a specially designed arcuate wine rack keeps every bottle secure and perfectly positioned.

Cool Quietly, See Clearly

A powerful compressor chills fast and whisper-quietly at under 40dB, while the double-pane UV-blocking glass door protects your drinks and locks in the cold. Touch controls and a digital LCD display let you dial in the exact temperature — from 40°F to 61°F — and soft blue LED lighting makes grabbing your favorite drink effortless, even at night.
